Message at the solenoid.

Typically, you want to set it up in manual mode. The "set" is how much boost you want essentially, and the "gain" is how fast you want it to respond. If you have gain too high, boost will overshoot and spike.

The best way to set up the controller is to put "gain" at 1 or 2 and set around 20. Then in a higher gear (3rd +), go WOT and see what you are boosting at. Keep adjusting set and repeating this until you hit your target boost. Once this is done you will want to adjust gain. To do this, go WOT in a lower gear (1st or 2nd) and keep increasing "gain" until it spikes and then back off so it doesn't spike. That's it, you are done.

Now, if you can't get anything to work, double check the wiring to the solenoid or the solenoid itself. I have had a solenoid die on me. They are sensitive and if they aren't securely mounted, they will die in short order.

Hope this helps.
